2012 Morgan Grand National & World Championship Horse Show- Oklahoma City, OK
Lookaway Farm was well represented at this years National and World Championship Horse Show held in Oklahoma City, OK. Minion Valentino and Lauren Bruss teamed up this year in the Hunter Pleasure divisions, bringing home two Reserve National Championships, and a top five in a competitive field of 22 World Championship Hunter Pleasure Amatuer Ladies. Lookaway's Howitzer and Haley Madsen brought home the National Championship in the 9 & under Classic Pleasure Walk and Trot. Haley also brought home a 4th place ribbon in the World Championship along with a top ten ribbon in the Walk and Trot Equitation. Abbe Marchetta continued her sucess in the Classic Equitation division with a pair of top five in the National and World Championship classes. Congrats to everyone who participated, and thank you to everyone who cheered us along!

2011 -2012 Winter Tournament Series November 2011 & December 2011 -Sullivan Ohio- The incredible Windy Knoll Facility was host again this year to the Northeast Ohio Academy Riders Tournament Series. Both of our first tournaments were well represented with Lookaway Farm Riders, We had more participants representing our farm than ever before, with 17 riders at each tournament and more blue ribbons won than riders! 2011 Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show October 2011 -Oklahoma City, Oklahoma- Every year we attend the biggest Morgan Show of the year held in Oklahoma City, it is our Grand National and World Championship horse show. This year we were well represented, by Shelby Hoge, Sadie Oblak, Abbe Marchetta and Samantha Brobst. Sadie and Howie started the week with a fifth place in their equtation qualifier, a very good start for her first World Championship experience. They continued the week with a third in Classic Pleasure Driving and a top ten in Classic Pleasure Saddle. This was Shelby's second trip to Oklahoma City, bringing home two fourths and one top ten ribbon. Abbe was Third in a very competitive qualifying class. Sam and Dino brought back the Blue ribbon in the 16-17 Park Harness Qualifier. Good Job to all our students who competed at this years World Championship Show!

2011 Summer Camps -Lookaway Farm- July & August Lookaway Farm held two four day summer camps this year, both camps were well filled with more than 15 students attending each sesson. Each camper enjoyed a full day of riding lessons, barn chores, educational, and fun games and activities. Special thanks to all of our instructors, helpers and volunteers!

| 2011 Buckeye Morgan Challenge August 2011 - Willmington Ohio- Shelby Hoge and King Lehrs Bravado continued their equtation excellence winning the Saddleseat Equitation 14-17, the AMHA Saddleseat Medal, the UPHA Challenge Cup and The Saddleseat Equitation Championship. Abbe Marchetta and AMHF Absolute Top Calibre had an equally sucessful show, winning the Classic Pleasure Jr Exhibitor Qualfier and Championship, and second to Shelby in the AMHA Saddleseat medal and Equitation Championship. Sadie Oblak and "Howie" continued their first year together earning a blue in the Jr Exhibitor Classic Pleasure Driving. Sam Brobst had one more drive before Oklahoma earning them the Park Harness Grand Championship title.

2011 Penn-Ohio Morgan Horse Show July 2011- July 4th Weekend is always a good show in Meadville PA. Lookaway Farm had a very sucessful show. Minion Valentiono and Linda Stewart won both the Park Harness Open and the Park Harness Championship. Lookaway's Howitzer and Lauren Bruss won the Classic Pleasure Stallions and Geldings, and were Reserve Champions in the Classic Pleasure Saddle Championship. Lauren also dusted off her equitation skills to win the AMHA Saddleseat Medal with another Lookaway rider, Shelby Hoge coming in second. Shelby also won the Saddleseat Equitation qualifier and Championship classes. ICF Reasonably Certain contiuned his show season with a win in the Open English Pleasure after winning the 5 &over Stallions and Senior Champion Stallion. Abbe Marchetta and "Topper" had a good show winning the JR Exhibitor English Pleasure qualifier and Championship.

| 2011 Delaware Charity Horse Show June 2011- Delaware County Fairgrounds- Sadie Oblak and Howie had a winning weekend at the Delaware Horse Show, winning the Classic Pleasure Saddle class, as well as the UPHA Challenge Cup. Brianne Booth and Dallas Coleman had memorable shows each bringing home a blue ribbon and championship honors. Also bringing home top three ribbons were Fiona Gaffney and Madison Grey. Congratulations to all of riders on a sucessful show!

2011 KYOVA Horse Show -Springfield OH- May 2011- The annual KYOVA Horse Show was held at the Clark County fairgrounds in Springfield OH. Winners from Lookaway Farm included the debut of ICF Reasonably Certain, or "Rock" as he is known around the barn, who took home the blue ribbon in the Open English Pleasure class. Abbe Marchetta had a great first show with her new mount, AMHF Absolute Top Calibre. Abbe and Topper brought the blue ribbon and tricolor honors in the Jr Exhibitor English Pleasure division back to the Lookaway Farm banner. Shelby Hoge and King Lehrs Bravado won the Jr Exhibitor Classic Pleasure as well as the Saddle Seat Equitation Championship. Erin Hudy and Paris by Night won the Classic Pleasure Saddle and Classic Pleasure Championship.

| 2011 ASHAO Horse Show -Ashland Ohio- May 2011- The American Saddlehorse Association of Ohio held their annual horse show at the Ashland county fairgrounds. Lookaway Farm riders enjoyed the debut of two new show teams as well as several academy riders. Samantha Brobst and Minion Valentino earned their first blue ribbon under saddle in the Morgan Park Saddle class. Sadie Oblak and Lookaway's Howitzer earned blue ribbons in the Morgan Classic Pleasure saddle classes and the 13& under Saddleseat Equitation. Congratulations to Jackie Tesar, Dallas Coleman, Faith Webb, Fiona Gaffney, Madison Grey and Morgan Hudy who all had great rides in the Academy Division on Sunday Morning.

2010- 2011 Winter Tournaments November kicked off the 2010- 2011 Northeast Ohio UPHA Chapter 13 Winter Tournament Series in Sullivan Ohio. All of our riders earned top ribbons in competition, some their first time showing. Horses serving the November show were Dino, Howie, Briggy, and Guin. December brought us an unfortunate snow storm the day of competition, so our December date was rescheduled for January. Those who braved the cold January 30th, had a terrific show aboard Howie or Guin. Congratualations to all who participated including; Abbe Marchetta, Samantha Brobst, Lauren Bruss, Lea Bowling, Sadie Oblack, Brie Booth, Caitlin Gerrick, Fiona Gafney, Faith Webb, Sydney Locascio, Madison Grey, Dallas Coleman, and Samantha Morgan. And a BIG thank you to all our helpers: Erin Bruss, Shelby Hoge, Lauren Bruss, Samantha Brobst, Abbe Marchetta, and Brie Booth

| 2010 Morgan Grand National and World Championship
Lookaway Farm again attended the Grand National and World Championship Morgan Horse show held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in October. This event brings out the top competition from all over, and this year we came home with Samantha Brobst and Minion Valentino (Dino) earning a Reserve Grand National Title in the Junior Exhibitor Park Harness. Shelby Hoge and her partner King Lehr's Bravado ended a stellar season with a fifth place in the World Championship Classic Saddleseat Equitation, way to go on her first trip to Grand National! Madalyn Boyert paired up for Oklahoma Competition with Lookaway's Howitzer, earning top ten ribbons in both the Grand National class and the World Championship Classic Saddleseat Equitation. We were well represented having two of our girls in the top ten of the World Championship competition! Congratulations to all who participated!!

| 2010 Gold Cup The 2010 Gold Cup Regional Morgan Show was held in Springfield Ohio in June, Lookaway Farm riders all had successful shows this early in the season, including Erin Hudy and Paris by Night, Madalyn Boyert riding and driving Minion Valentino, Abbe Marchetta riding Lookaway's Howitzer, Shelby Hoge with King Lehr's Bravado, and Lauren Bruss showing Bri- B XTC. All earned ribbons to be proud of; including Shelby wining her first Gold Cup in the Saddleseat Classic Equitation class, and Three of our junior exhibitor riders competing in the Saddleseat Equitation Championship, earning Reserve Champion, third place and sixth place. Congratulations everyone on a great start to the year!

Grand National & World championship Morgan Horse Show
Oklahoma city is host to the biggest Morgan horse show gathering in the country. With over 1100 horses, This years Grand National Show was nothing more than exceptional.
Lookaway riders were once again well represented at our world Championship show. Paris and Erin (Hudy) finished their first year together earning a remarkable fifth place in their Championship Saturday night, they also returned home with two top ten awards.,. Howie brought home a Reserve Grand national Championship title for Maddy Boyert at her first Oklahoma Experience, they went on to a third place finish in the World Championship class after a five rider pattern work out. Howie continued to work hard for “mom” all week bringing back two top five ribbons. Lauren and Dino capped off their stellar season with two top ten ribbons. And Rocky served as everyone’s favorite lesson horse all week long! Congratulations to all our riders and show teams!!

| Lookaway Farm Summer Camp 2 - August 2009
Our final Summer Camp of the season was a great sucess. Campers learned grooming, parts of the horse, parts of the tack, putting tack together properly, preparing for riding, how to drive, and so much more. And of course lots of games and fun along the way!!

Buckeye Morgan Challenge - Wilmington Ohio- August 7-9 2009
Another great time was had at the 2009 Buckeye Horse Show. Lookaway riders had a very sucessful show this year. Lauren Bruss continued along her equitation path as the 2009 Saddleseat Equitation Champion, following a blue in the 14-17 age group. Valentino and Lauren also had an exciting performance to win the Jr Exhibitor English Pleasure Qualifier. Maddy Boyert and Howie also won the Classic Equitation and got a reserve in the AMHA silver medal class. Linda Stewart and SPA Delicately Daring kept up the blue ribbon spirits by a win in the Open Classic Pleasure Saddle. Arboria Top Gun made his second apperance of the year in the Jr Exhibitor park saddle division, this time with Lauren Bruss, resulting in a blue ribbon ride. Bri B Lady Malicious and Kathleen made their second trip to the ring, and ultimately to the winners circle, this time in the Three Year Old English Pleasure Class.

Summer Camp July 2009 - Lookaway Farm
Lookaway farm held its annual July Summer Camp July 15-18 2009. Summer Camp involved a week, of work, learning and fun with horses of course!!! We had several new students in attendance, who learned the basics of the horse, how to groom and prepare the horses for riding, parts of the tack and horses, and much more..

| Penn Ohio Morgan Horse Show -- Meadville PA --- July 2009
Lookaway Farm had another sucessful show on the 4th of July weekend in Meadville Pennsylvania. Linda Stewart and SPA delicately Daring started the show off right by winning the Classic Pleasure Mares Class, they continued winning the rest of the week in the Ladies Classic Under Saddle, and were crowned Classic Pleasure Saddle Champions on Sunday. After 5 years out of the show ring, Jim Stewart returned ready to show as he piloted Arboria Top Gun to the Open Park Harness Qualifier and Championship. Elizabeth Tuma had a good show with Lookaway's Howitzer, Winning the Classic Pleasure Stallions and Geldings, Second in the English Pleasure Novice Rider and Third in the English Pleasure Amatuer Championship. Bri B Lady Malicious (Michelle as she was known here) Made her first show and win under saddle. Lauren and Valentino kept up their winning ways making a sweep of the Saddleseat Equitation Qualifier, AMHA Saddleseat medal and Saddleseat Equitation Championship.

Morgan Gold Cup Regional Horse Show ---- Springfield Ohio --- June 2009
Continuing the 2009 Show Season, The Gold Cup Regional horse show was a great sucess for Lookaway Farm Riders. Madalyn Boyert went home with two gold cups in her first year at the show. Madalyn competed with Lookaway's Howitzer, together they won the Classic Pleasure 13 and under, and the Classic Equitation, they ended the week with a Reserve Championship in the 13 and under Saddleseat Equitation Championship. Arboria Top Gun and Samantha Brobst had a good week recieving reserve in the Park Saddle Junior Exhibitor Stake and Winning the Park Harness Junior Exhibitor Stake. Lauren Bruss finally got to make her show ring apearance on her new equitation horse Minion Valentinio, and what a sucess it was!! Lauren claimed the win in the Saddleseat Equitation 14-17 following a three rider, no stirrups, work off. Erin Hudy made her show ring "re- debut" after an absence from the show ring, she and Paris by Night came in full force to claim the Junior Classic Pleasure Gold Cup, and then later in the week to claim the Open Classic Pleasure Saddle Championship, Quite impressive for a new team, and a four year old at that!!!

| River Ridge Horse Show --- Columbus Ohio --- April 2009
As horse show season Kicks off in full swing we are proud to bring back our results as blue ribbons and milestone accomplishments. Linda Stewart showed Arboria Top Gun for the first time in many years, and came home with a Reserve Championship ride in her RE Debut performance. Smiles were ear to ear as "Robert" gave one of his signature come with me, genuinely fun rides. Lauren Bruss has been working with us at Lookaway Farm this year to perfect her saddleseat skills. She came out successful at River Ridge with a win in the Morgan Saddleseat Equitation, a reserve in the UPHA Challenge Cup 14-17 and a Reserve in the Saddleseat Equitation Championship!!

NE Ohio Academy Riders Winter Tournament Series Lunch was held on April 19th 2009 at the Blue Heron Banquet Center. The banquet included awards for all students participating in the winter tournaments. Levels one through four were received by our riders. Madalyn Boyert earned was one of five riders to earn the highest level 4 award. Other award winners included, Samantha Brobst, Lauren Bruss, Paige Lutz, Jackie Tesar, Grace Braver, Josh and Katie Hoffer, Makayla Hudy, and Joy Kindall. Chinese Auction tickets were sold for fundraising towards the club and some fantastic gifts were handed out by the end of the afternoon. Each tournament series has grown to surpass the year before, next year is seeming to be no exception, we look forward to seeing you all next winter!!!
